Yes? Then we want YOU! Please help us co-create a Shadowfest event that’s as awesome as a total solar eclipse!
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Sober, happy and excited participation!
- Showing up for your shifts on time and keeping your promises!
- A $50 deposit – WHAT?
Wait, you get a refund! It’s easy to get carried away with signing up for volunteer jobs, so consider the $50 deposit as your way of showing that you intend to carry out your obligations. Play by the rules and fulfill your duties to the best of your ability and you’ll get your full refund back + an extra $15!
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- A boatload of respect for how much better you’re making the event!
- Plenty of communication here and from the Volunteer Coordinator.
- Your picture and little bit about you on our Volunteer Profiles page (you can opt out of this if you want).
- Free T-shirts, tickets and camping based on what you sign up for!
THE VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP PROCESS
- Fill out the application form. The deadline to apply is March 1, but applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. To confirm your interest, you must pay the Refundable Volunteer Deposit.
- The Volunteer Coordinator will review your application and reply.
- Remember that some roles and shifts may fill up sooner than others, so sign up early!
- Confirmed volunteer team members will begin communication and training with the Volunteer Coordinator.
- You help us have an awesome event!
