Q. Should I buy a camping spot now even if I might not be able to make it?
A. We expect our camping spots to sell out very quickly, so we encourage you to reserve one as early as possible. However, due to the nature of this special event, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges.
Q. What if it’s cloudy, rainy, or I otherwise can’t see the eclipse due to the weather?
A. We expect a clear viewing of the eclipse. That being said, we can not guarantee the weather and no refunds or exchanges will be made under any circumstances.
Q. Will camping equipment be provided?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide camping equipment; however, we will be willing to take delivery if it’s specifically arranged ahead of time. Please remember that all of your gear must be sized to fit within the dimensions allotted to you when you book a site. All camping – whether indoors, covered, or outdoors – will be directly on concrete or dirt, so you will be more comfortable with sleeping pads.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Dogs and cats are welcome. Leashes, containment and cleanup are mandatory, and we will provide a designated dog walking area. Pets that are aggressive to humans or other pets, and human owners who do not contain or clean up after their pets will be asked to board their pet or leave. No refunds will be offered. Animals must be registered when camping is purchased.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. All ticket sales are final. We will not be providing refunds. Please use caution if you’re thinking of buying from an individual or third party as we will not honor reservations that have been duplicated or forged.
